Heavy-duty single pulley  is a more expensive and reliable model of a single sheave lifting pulley of heavy-duty construction for professional use in the most severe operating conditions, as well as as a hanging or suspension auxiliary devices for assembling chain hoists. A hook or bracket is used as a suspension element.

The main differences are:

•  good quality of assembly and fit of the pulley parts;
•  Cheeks of the pulley are heavy duty;
•  the pulley is made of structural steel grade and is hardened;
•  the pulley rotation is ensured by a reliable roller bearing;
•  the hook of the block is mounted on a bearing, which ensures the rotation of the hook under load;
•  lubrication holes for easy maintenance;
•  the longitudinal hinged cheek is clamped with a screw connection and secured with an iron cotter pin;
•  powder coating.
